This time of year is lush with fruit, vegetables and flowers at our local farm. I was happy to find that the sunflowers were ready to pick, bringing them how to brighten up my home. They radiate the warmth and joy of summer, and sit as a happy reminder to get out into the sun while the weather is warm.
