Media: The encaustics are done on encausticbord (by ampersand) which is a prepared hard board, 1/8" in thickness.

$175 for FRAMED piece. Wander around the city centre of Dublin and you will come across many old georgian doors like this one. This is an encaustic which incorporates a toner transfer.(Encaustic is a process in which you paint with melted wax, fusing each layer together. When polished it gives a luminescence not seen in other mediums.)
