This painting has been accepted for a show May 30, at Art and Design Consultants in Cincinnati. It is the art of "Duveneck and Friends Reinterpreted" by 40 artists here in Cincinnati. I am honored to be in this show, for details please see my blog. Sponsored by the Duveneck Association / Benefiting the Cincinnati Art Musem's Frank Duveneck Exhibition, Fall 2020.I stayed as close to Duveneck's palette as I could, I worked from a photograph as the original of this painting is in New York. An amazing experience trying to copy this master.
