I am curious to create a series of small paintings that will feature horses in their most natural state—unbothered, unbridled, relaxed. I prefer to choose relaxed, natural poses that show their quiet strength and calm energy. There’s something really peaceful about watching them in those in-between moments, and that’s what I’m aiming to paint.
