This is a silly little study I finally finished. Painted on a piece of canvas (6x8" from a canvas pad), I used the Zorn Palette (only white, cadmium red, yellow ochre, and black). This is loose and not completely finished, I just made up the cowboy from my imagination. These cowboys hark back to my childhood when I was enamored with TV cowboys and would sketch them while I watched old reruns on TV. Priced accordingly. You can frame it as it is, without a backing, or you can mount it on some sort of board or panel. Please remember that while I always attempt to capture the colors of each painting accurately, each display and device shows colors a little differently.
