Last demo for my outdoor painting class this summer (2016). We were set up near the intersection of Bellfountain and Plymouth Ave. in the southwest corner of Corvallis. Usually I find the fields and distant mountains compelling subjects, but I turned around to check out the hillside and saw this white house glowing in the afternoon light and couldn't resist its charm, sitting in its nest of fall foliage.
