I am surrounded by stunning scenery here in beautiful Northern Arizona. I am always inspired by what I see outside and this pushes my studio work whether I am working on a landscape or a still life. Painting outside, en plein air, provides experiences and memory of a scene that lingers in my mind and is transferred onto the canvas. I paint in a style of realism balanced with artistic license. My goals are to keep working and growing in my journey and to continue to improve my work through new ideas and challenging subjects.
