The theme of this piece is duality. The roses are reflected in the antique lace. There are two vessels. There are two glass objects. There are two pears. There are two fabrics. This simple and harmonious balance is what inspired the name "Elegance". This one was such a pleasure to work on. It took over 160 hours and I'm very happy with the end result. I'm particularly fond of the lace but it is truly a challenge to capture all of its little intricacies. This is currently on hold in anticipation of an upcoming exhibition. If you are interested in adding it to your collection please send me a message.
