I have always painted shoes, I love their familiarity and essentiality in our lives!   They all have a unique story to tell; whether they are humble flip flops or trainers, a comfortable pair of Moroccan Slippers (Babouches) or the exotic Turkish Slippers with their intricate designs and hand stitching; they all have a story to tell.
